Golden Globe 2016
The stars certainly
shined on this year’s Golden Globes red carpet. There were several
show-stopping gowns as celebs really lived up to the old “go big or go home”
mantra during award show season. Color was trending as vibrant shades of red,
green, blue, pink, yellow and even orange lit up the evening. Not to be
outdone, neutrals found a way to stand out in the form of striking minimalist
silhouettes. Sparkling embellishments amped up quite a few looks and some stars
incorporated a bit of bling to turn up the wattage to unprecedented heights.
The devil really was in the details as everything from cut-outs to sheer
accents to exaggerated ruffles and one outstanding draped capelet helped celebs
